   Once I have the basics I will following up and ask as many questions as necessary to drill down to your specific issue. This back and forth can often save you the time and expense of me coming to your home for an initial Diagnostic Call.
4. Diagnosis:
   I’ll research your appliance and check its schematics to pinpoint the most likely issues and provide you with potential repair costs. Rest assured, my pricing is always comprehensive, covering parts, labor, taxes, and everything else.
5. Decision Time:
   You decide if you’d like to proceed with the repair based on the information I provide.
6. Schedule Conveniently:
   We’ll work together to schedule a day and time for the repair. If you’re flexible with the timing, I’ll give you an hour block range the day before the visit to accommodate your schedule.
